“This hotel clearly sweats the small stuff, from its beautiful rooms to its attentive staff; the croissants in the foyer are a particularly nice touch. The location is ideal for exploring Derry on foot, though parking can be tricky, and a too-soft mattress was an issue for some. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.”

a nice stay in a former nunnery

original featuresfreestanding bathsuperb breakfastnoisy room
This unique hotel used to be a nunnery, many original features remain. i was fortunate to have a freestanding bath in its own bright room, alongside a separate shower room! i enjoyed a complimentary drink and an interesting chat in the evening. breakfast the next morning was superb. The chef really knows what they're doing!!!
my room was small, dark, and noisy because the kitchen was just outside the window. i could hear every conversation at reception all day. i mentioned this to the staff but only received a shrug.
